Tyler Cohen is a young musician from Brooklyn, NY. He specializes in Percussion, Production/Engineering and Arranging/Composing. Tyler has performed and arranged for numerous steel orchestra in New York. He has been playing steel pan for over fifteen years and has performed all over New York (places such as NYU, for Channel 12 news, Barclay Center, Kings Theatre, the Brooklyn Museum, Coney Island, JFK airport{American Airlines} and Elsewhere) Tyler’s also performed outside of New York in places such as Virginia (at the Richmond Folk Festival), Maryland, New Jersey, North Carolina, Florida (at Miami Panorama), Trinidad and Tobago (Trinidad’s National Panorama) and Canada (at Pan Alive). Recently playing for the consulate general of Jamaica in New York.
